Effect of thymogen immunocorrected boar castration on biochemical indicators

The article presents the results of dynamics indicators protein, nitrogen and carbohydrate metabolism during castration boars in industrial production against background immunocorrection with thymogen. studies were carried out on 14 (aged 5 months), selected by random sampling from 38 animals compliance principle paired analogues divided into two groups ‒ control experimental ones (n=7 each). All castrated an open method preoperative medical support according to methodology adopted farm. Animals group additionally injected thymogen for a five-day course. During experiment, content C-reactive total proteins, albumin, globulin, urea, creatinine, glucose was determined blood serum. Albumin-globulin ratio calculation method. According it found that accompanied both at all stages experiment increase changes protein metabolism, mainly catabolic phase postoperative period decrease concentration globulin below norm similar group, but within reference intervals. Further positive direction normalization anabolic phase. urea creatinine had wave-like character, not going beyond normative values, level increased subsequent decrease, – vice versa.
